Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We receive the resulting payment and transaction information needed to complete and support your order, but we do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

This store uses necessary browser storage to remember your cart and subscription choice. Customer and staff sign-in use authentication cookies. We also use first-party browser storage for a pseudonymous visitor identifier and a 30-minute analytics session. This helps us understand entry source and campaign, landing page, pages viewed, scroll-depth milestones, device category, page-load duration, opaque error fingerprints, and progress through cart and checkout, including whether the payment form loaded or a payment submission returned an allowlisted error category. Our analytics events do not include your name, raw error messages, stack traces, email address, payment details, IP address or complete browser user-agent string. When you use one of our QR campaign links, we also record the campaign and scan time without storing an IP address or visitor identifier in the scan record. Raw pseudonymous analytics sessions are generally retained for up to 25 months. Clearing site data in your browser resets the identifier.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand whether an advertisement resulted in a visit or verified purchase, and to measure and improve advertising. After a successful purchase, we may send Meta the order value, currency, product identifiers and a one-way SHA-256 hash of the normalized customer email address. We do not send Meta complete payment-card details. Browser-based events may also include device, browser and network information collected by Meta.

Browser privacy controls may limit Pixel activity, but they do not necessarily prevent the server-side purchase event associated with a completed transaction. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Payment, hosting, database, email, shipping, analytics and advertising providers.
• Professional advisers and business partners when reasonably necessary.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
• A successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of the business.

We may also use or share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

Providers that support our site may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. We take reasonable steps to protect information wherever it is handled.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may unsubscribe from marketing by using the link in an email. Signed-in customers can correct profile information or delete their login and saved profile from account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes. Rights vary by location, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
